As designer, I contributed to the creation of our company’s design system, following the newly established brand colors and guidelines. It was a collaborative journey where I worked on refining existing components and designing new ones, particularly for the dashboard.

I designed the Supervisor Dashboard UI for a Contact Center Admin Interface, focusing on clarity, usability, and brand consistency. A key challenge was working within strict brand guidelines while ensuring data visualizations remained clear and accessible. By carefully selecting color combinations and testing for readability, the final UI achieved a visually cohesive and user-friendly experience that enhanced data interpretation without compromising brand alignment.

I worked on a project to redesign a legacy web chat application for a contact center. While the chat was functional, its outdated design and limited features no longer met modern user expectations. My goal was to transform it into a sleek, user-friendly application that complied with WCAG accessibility standards and incorporated new functionalities to enhance both the visual experience and usability.

I worked on a project to create the User Experience of a survey designer from scratch, and build the User Interface of the system, I collaborated closely with multi-functional team to deliver a solution that enhances customer insights in a user-friendly way.
