I led the UI design of the Supervisor Dashboard within the Admin Interface of a Contact Center platform. My focus was on creating a clean, user-friendly layout that prioritized clarity, efficiency, and real-time visibility into key performance metrics. I designed the data visualizations, and responsive components to support supervisors in making fast, informed decisions. The UI was built with scalability and consistency in mind, aligning with broader design system standards while addressing the specific needs of contact center management.

Challenge

One of the main challenges was adhering strictly to the company’s brand guidelines and color palette, while also ensuring that the data visualizations remained clear, accessible, and visually balanced. To solve this, I carefully curated color combinations that aligned with brand standards without compromising readability or visual hierarchy. I also tested variations across different data sets to ensure consistent legibility. The final design featured intuitive navigation, responsive components, and a cohesive visual language tailored for contact center supervisors.

Result

As a result, the new dashboard delivered a more visually consistent and engaging user experience, with improved readability of charts and visual data that enhanced usability without straying from brand identity.
