I designed the Customer Insight UI, a survey platform integrated into the European Contact Center Admin Interface. The goal was to deliver a clean, professional, and highly usable experience, following strict company brand guidelines and color palettes. In response to stakeholder requirements, I focused on creating a straightforward, functional design — avoiding overly decorative elements — to ensure clarity, efficiency, and a seamless visual integration with the overall platform.
